Please use the Network Access Request forms in the KNOWLEDGEBASE ARTICLES to request NIPR Access
Please submit ALL in processing paperwork ( DD2875, User Agreement, and Rules and Behavior) when submitting a ticket. Ensure that all proper groups needed are added in your 2875.
If you are accessing a computer using your CAC then it is NIPR
Please place ticket before emailing our org box. If you have not received acknowledgement on your ticket in 72 hours, send an email to include your ticket number.
Please view all of the Knowledge-base articles before submitting a ticket. If a ticket is submitted and you DO NOT provide the computer name , then your ticket will be closed, and you will be required to re-submit a new ticket with the correct information.
1. Have user login into computer. 2. Click windows key on the keyboard. 3. Click control panel. 4. Click small icons on the top right (highlighted below).
5. Click mail-32bit in the left column (highlighted above). 6. Once open Click show profiles. 7. Click Remove 8. It will prompt you yes or no, select yes. 9. Profile will disappear, Select add. 10. It will prompt for profile name, profile name can be anything. 11. Dialog box will appear, all information should auto populate. 12. Box will appear with user DoDID@mil 13. Erase DoDID@mil, replace with users email address. 14. Press next, the profile has been created.
